After several comments on my choice of writing my blog in English I would like to explain why I do so…there is a very simple answer when I started blogging all Cross Stitch blogs were in English so I decided to write mine in this language and now I have quite a lot non Italian blogger friends who read my English blog so I won’t change my choice maybe I’ll create a twin Italian blog…what do you think?

It's good to see you back, Chiara!
I was in the exact same situation: I started my blog in English because the stitching bloggers I knew were English speakers. Then I started to have more French-speaking sewing friends... And I started my French blog a few months later. It was one of the very first French-written stiching/sewing blogs! But as I run a Yahoo French sewing group everyone started to make one after I made mine... Such fun! ;)
Hi Chiara, I'm glad to see you blogging in English as the translation page from babelfish doesn't work that well to really read posts. I don't see why you couldn't put both on any given post to make it easier for everyone like you did on this post instead of starting a new one though.
I agree with Kali. If you don't want to start a second blog, I don't mind skipping over the Italian paragraphs. I've seen several dual language blogs. The Babelfish, or any, free translator just isn't very satisfactory - altho it's sometimes good for a laugh. :D
Saluti Ljerk<
Hi Chiara,
How have you been! I have been so busy I haven't had many chances to read my stitching blogs lately! I do hope you will still keep on in English (at least a little bit)--of course the nice thing with stitching, the photos are understood in any language!
Happy stitching!
