THE PROMPT: Childhood memories (it can be something from your own childhood or from your kids, a memory, a thought...)--> in the backgroud I put some images of Walt disney movies we used to watch when we were child
THE STUFF: Glimmer mists & paint (time to get messy!): I use an english ivy glimmer mist
THE TECHNIQUE: silhouettes (can be black, patterned paper, anything goes as long as it's a silhouette)--> I use a silhouettes of a baby taken from a magazine
THE PROMPT: My Favorite Thingsie: a few of the things you LOVE about someone you love. Can be alive or dead. : My 2 girls and their stuff
THE STUFF: Lists and ephemera ie: have a few tokens from that someone? Maybe the cover of the CD with "your song" or a napkin from the restaurant you both love to eat at...--> the drawing of my children
THE TECHNIQUE: Pockets ie: Use pockets to store those "things" on your page.--> I made a green pocket to store their drawing

THE STUFF: Pictures or words from magazines/newspapers etc -> a colorful picture from an ikea magazine
THE TEChNIQUE: mask/stencils-> I use some dots and glimmer mist

I decided to take part in "A Year in the life of an art journal" with a dedicated at journal made with play card...
THE PROMPT is: Word: I chose ATTENZIONE- ATTENTION because I decided to pay more attention to me, to me family, to what I'm doing...I always think about the next thing I have to do not paying attention to the present.
THE STUFF: Imagery: I used an image found on an IKEA family magazine with flower (you have to pay attention to make them grow) and coffee (attention to myself)
THE TECHNIQUE: PAINT/DOODLE as usual I use paint in my card..an this is the cover:

for this page I was inspired by the second prompt of 2011 of the blog "A year in the life of an art journal" the thee was TIME and NUMBERS.	per questa ho seguito il 2° prompt del sito "A year in the life of an art journal" le ispirazioni erano TEMPO e NUMERI.
for this I used bleach as request by the third prompt of "A year in the life of an art journal" blog. The smell was terrible but I love the final result.	per questa ho seguito il 3° prompt del sito "A year in the life of an art journal" L'ispirazione che ho seguito era di usare la CANDEGGINA. A parte l'odore pazzesco mi è piaciuto l'effetto finale.

..Art journal every day January..

From the beginning of the year I decided to take parte to "Art journal every day" initiative proposed by Balzer	Dall'inizio dell'anno ho deciso di aderire all'iniziativa "Art journal every day" lanciata dalla Balzer
At first I figured I have to make a page a day and it was quite tough ... then looking around a bit I realized I just spent 10 minutes a day to a page and I must say that is really amazing! Here are my pages made in January with free inspiration ..	all'inizio avevo capito di dover fare una pagina al giorno ed era piuttosto dura...poi guardandomi un pò in giro ho capito che basta dedicarsi 10 minuti al giorno a una pagina e devo dire che è davvero gustoso!! Ecco le mie pagine di gennaio fatte a ispirazione libera..
